CAS AV Pattern not auto update

    Dear All,

       I have problem with CAS about update AV Patterns. not auto update

    i have cheked from CAS administration guide. CAS will automatically check for new engines and pattern files every 5 minutes

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    but CAS of my Customer is not auto update it make System status Critical because AV patterns not update following capture screen as below

     

    but i think this issue about CAS cannot connect to internet . it not  correct when i tried to force update pattens. CAS can normal to update patterns

    and everything back to normal following capture screen as below

     

    after that CAS always not update until go to click force update.

    pleas help to recommend about how to resolve this issue i would like CAS can automatically update AV patterns.

    Hi Chakuttha,

     

                    There is a bug which is fixed in 2.3.1.2 related to auto update. Do plan for an upgrade and check. bug no# 254503 affecting 2.3.1.1
