Please recommend on front panel ProxySG S200 Power LED status is Amber i'm checked on KB it mean OS booting
but i check in appliance still normal health check don't have anything failed. normal access to GUI of proxy
how can resolved this issue. if you would like more information please tell me.
Request you if u can take maintainance window to isolate the issue, try to check HDD, i suppose there is a problem at HDD level, so bringout one and boot with one disk and id still issue persist the repaeat this with other disc.if i am not wrong u r using S200-20.
Not able to see anything suspicious on the Sysinfo file. Lot of network failures are there but IMHO it shouldn't affect Power LED status. I would recommend to run a HW Diag on the box and create a TAC case with the output of this. Ref: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH241814.html
Can you tell me the status of the device. Is it showing Warning or OK ?
