ProxySG | Access website to slowly via Proxy

Dear All

   I have issue about when access website : https://siamcement.csod.com/samldefault.aspx?ouid=2  via Proxy

it use long time for completed to  access but when access this website direct it can access normal not slow.

Condition for this case on Proxy Do not authentication, Allow all webaccess, not intercept ssl

please recommend how to fix or investigate this issue,

Hi Chakuttha,

 

                You can start with a PCAP as "ip host x.x.x.x or host siamcement.csod.com or port 53" . Access the site when this is running and see whether the proxy is able to reach the server in time.

start PCAP in the ProxySG
start PCAP on the Firewall
Check the logs on your FW, IPS and other devices

in CLI run a test http get to siamcement.csod.com and check the log in the fw

Hi Chakuttha,

if you run a policy trace, you should be able to easily see if it is the proxy causing the issue or not.
