  • 1.  Ignore Strings

    I am trying to add ignore strings to the following settings within the Winbase Policy:

    System_Logon_Success_by_User_via_Remote_Connection

    I would like to ignore specific ID's but cannot seem to get it to work.  Is someone available to assist?  Thank you.

    What string are you placing in the "ignore strings" area? Also remind me the version you are on again?

    I was able to log a ticket with Symantec and they assisted me.  We are using 5.2.6.
