    Can someone tell me what this logo means thank you very much.

    Hi,

    Error note: Failed to resolve name to IP address

    means you have a DNS issue so check Forward/Reverse Lookup zones and make sure you can resolve IP-->Name & vice versa using nslookup.

    If you can't, then resolve in DNS first and then try again in CMS.
