  • 1.  'ctdataload' also known as 'CTDataLoad' is now running 0 instance

    'ctdataload' also known as 'CTDataLoad' is now running 0 instance

    We have configured process in CA Spectrum.

    There is one process named CTDataLoad.exe located in location E:\Program Files\Altiris\TaskManagement

    Actaully this process got stopped again & again here at our location & Tickets are gettig generated .

    What is the application of this service ?

    What will happen if it got stopped ?

    Can we remove this Service (CTDataLoad.exe) from monitoring if it's not that critical ..

    Plz tell me

    I wouldn't stop it at all as it's probably crucial to the Symantec app. Rather exclude from scanning and see what happens.

    Shiv: Did you ever try excluding it from monitoring? What was the result?
