  • 1.  Symantec Data Center Security - what license file?

    When an installation of DCS:SA needs to be done - how is licensing done? Is there a license key like SEP or a different file required or does it come with when you download the DCS:SA installation files from Symantec?

    The license is baked into the .exe so you need to be sure you get the download from fleconnect.  If you grab the evaluation version, it tanks after 60 (or is it 90?) days.  Also you're locked into using the evaluation database.
