  • 1.  SEPM Couldn't allow me to login to renew licenses

    Hello,

    SEPM couldn't allow me in to work in the SEPM with the credentials I used to login. Requested to get password reset with the e-mail ID used during installation. But, no e-mail is arriving on several requests. Please help. Filled the form on my Symantec connect. But, couldn't accept the form for Technical Support. Anyone who can help please?

    You need to open a support case and explain what's going on.

    Thanks.

    I tried several times but the support case form couldn't accept my Technical case on the reason that the Version is wrong. I entered all the versions available but it is saying the same thing. It doesn't list the list of versions at all.  It's quite frustrating. I tried this since June.Finally I tried with Non Technical request. And, it finally accepted . I am planning to tell the Non Technical contacts to forward my Technical request to the right support team.
