I have a special role that I created for a admin service desk user. His role is to move tickets along and get tickets unstuck if needed. This can mean reassigning a ticket if need be to another user.
I copied the service manager role and added wokflow managment permissions.
So it works but rEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYY Slow
almost like it is using the check list of rights for every workflow. this is bad design bitting me in the but once more.
has anyone created a super admin for service desk that does not have all the rights of a admin? I really dont want to give admin rights to a service desk admin
