Most of the links in the page does not work at all, they are only showing blank pages, some works but they direct you to the wrong document!!!!

They used to work. I downloaded all of the documentations on the 14th using this site. Symantec must me making some changes to the Website. Try again in the next 8 hours.

Ankit,

The Servicedesk Release Notes and the Servicedesk Implementation guide are incorrect.  If you click on the Implementation guide link you get the release notes and if you click the release notes you get the implementation guide.  Can you switch these please?
