    Hello all,

I'm curious if anyone else has this issue.  My environment is mostly Windows but there are enough Macs to care about their status.  I'm only getting about 50% coverage for the assessment scan and patch tasks because these Macs are not all online all the time.  Is best practice to make this task run for 24 hours or is there some way to unhide the built in Mac tasks so they can be placed in a policy?

What is everyone else doing about this?

    Thanks,

    Paul

    Hi,

You can use Client Task Schedule - it behaves in the same way as policy (it is actually   task wrapped in policy). It can be created using right click menu in Jobs/Tasks page.

Also you can use Managed Delviery Policy and embed this task into it (in case you have Software Management Solution installed).

    Thanks,

    Andrei,

I don't mean to resurrect an old thread but I have had a question on my mind without answer for some time now.  Why is it, that the rollout jobs for Mac such as system assessment are hidden from view?  This limits my ability to track compliance severly as not all Macs are online at exactly the right time.

    Any ideas?
