CA trap Deamon ststus Unknown

    I installed Unicenter NSM TrapMAnager 11.2.0

    I always have this message in status bar, all options are grayed out: Trap Daemon status Unknown

    maybe anyone know how to fix this?

    CATRAPD.exe is running
    SNMP trap service is running

    trpcntrl REFresh not changing anything
