When upgrading the DA from 2.2.0.49 to 2.2.1.67 i get the following:

Looking at the installation log I dont see any errors:
Installation: Successful.
403 Successes
0 Warnings
0 NonFatalErrors
0 FatalErrors
After the Upgrade the DA shows as Unavailable from PC, performing a Data Source test fails from the Manage Data Sources page , Performing a REST query to the DA also fails.
I then Uninstalled 2.2.1.67 and reinstalled 2.2.0.49 and everything works.
