Nimsoft Monitor and (APM, Spectrum, eHealth)

    Hello Community,

    I'm trying to find the difference or what Nimsoft Monitor can handle in comparison to APM, Spectrum or eHealth.

    Searching through the CA Documentation and communities I really can't find a way to explain to someone what is better for them between those solutions, I only know one are more expensive than others and that's not a real answer for this.

    So if anyone knows where I can find these or tell me in here the difference I would really appreciete it
