Impossible for me to get my San Health files.
I get the error "Unable to process SAML request." after beeing logged in when I come to the page : https://portal.broadcom.com/group/support/san-health .
I tried to go to this page with different ways and browsers but with the same conclusion.
Who can help me ?

No... The problem isstill here and no one in broadcom seems to have any envy to solve it ...
In fact, I send directly a message to 'SANHealth.Admin@broadcom.com' , indicating the name of BSH files I initially send with the san health tool. Then, they sended me the reports some hours after.
it looks like that there are multiple issues with accounts...
@Jason McClellan Is there any possibility to look at that ?
My problem has been solved on last Thursday.
So the problem has been fixed for me.
