Unable to process SAML request

    I'm trying to retrieve my SAN Health Utility reports, "Okta" sent me a bunch of literature about registering with them/Broadcom before I could retrieve my report, so I did.  Now I can't get my report after logging in because I get "Unable to process SAML request".  Do I need to go throw a ring in the lava lake in Mordor or something first?

    This was corrected by the support staff, apparently there was something wrong with my account.

    Im having the same exact issue.  I have emailed support 15 different times and this still has not been resolved - can you assist on who you contacted to get this fixed?
