Hello we a have fabric of 2 DCX 's (one in each datacenter) we want to replace them with new X6-8.
Now we have to add the 2 new X6-8 to this fabric. When we want to add the first one we get fabric id conflict.
This happens only with one of the 3 FID's.
FID 127 (base switch) and  FID 20 are no problem.FID 10 makes the trouble here and we can't figure out why.
Which commands can i give for you to help me?

    Kind regards,

    Hein

By default, FID checking is enabled. You cannot ISL two logical switches together that have a different fabric ID (FID). Although FID checking can be disabled, I only recommend doing so in lab environments when you want to create a fabric consisting of two logical switches on the same physical chassis.

    Hello,

could you please specify your environment more ?

Do you enable VF and create virtual switches on new chassis ?
