in order to enable FPImon, MAPS must be configured, and a FabricVision capable license is mandatory.
Notice the following
In Fabric OS 8.0.1 and later releases, fabric performance impact monitoring no longer requires a Fabric Vision license; it isenabled by default
The best is to read the command reference guide as well as admin guide around MAPS.
MAPS can provide alerts to RASLOG, by email or through SNMP. There is no external application to load. BNA can be useful because there is an integration of MAPS on it.
mapsdb --show all
Check if default MAPS configuration is as you are expecting for reporting.
