The CA Service Management Product Team will be hosting Office Hours on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:00 US Eastern time (8:00 US Pacific time and 16:00 Central European Time).
These meetings last one hour and are composed of two general sections. In the first section, the team will present topics such as highlighting new and enhanced features, product roadmaps, and other relevant product information. In the second section, customers are provided the opportunity to ask questions of the team.

CASM Office Hours follows a bi-monthly cadence, on the 2nd Thursday of every other month.
