As more and more customers complete the upgrade to engines utilizing the CA Workload Automation System Agents, they are reaping the benefits of extending the agent functionality by utilizing plug-ins. This also applies to the ERP plug-ins. Utilizing the plug-ins allows for a fill in the blank UI, and all other attributes of the new job types.
