When PAM imports devices from AWS it populates the Address field with the Public DNS name for the AWS instance. There may be situations where you wish to you something else, for example the Private IP. You can check the Override Address box and enter the address you wish to use. When PAM refreshes the AWS devices the value you entered will remain. If you have a lot of devices for which you wish to make this change you can use the External API and the AWS EC2 API. Take a look at the /v1/devices.json in the External API and ec2-describe-instances in the AWS EC2 API.
