Issue: Keep loading when accessing to CA PAM (v3.2 & v3.2.1) login page using Internet Explorer 11
Solution: Internet Option > Advanced > ensure that "Use HTTP 1.1" is ticked
Note: Tested on CA PAM v2.8.3 & v3.1.2, both working without "Use HTTP 1.1".
This issue only happens on CA PAM version 3.2 & 3.2.1
Chrome and Firefox doesn't support applets.

Does it keep loading or it can't load at all?
Didn't work for me in 3.2.
