We were recently questioned by a customer on how to associate a printer in Xceedium Browser in order to allow users to print from their privileged sessions. The fact is that you cannot associate printers directly in the Xceedium Browser. However, you can print from Xceedium Browser - just need to right-click and select Print. In this mode, you cannot configure the printing - it will work only with the default printing settings. There is only a limit set of options to narrow down the printing preferences.
So, if you need to enable a more complete printing experience, please switch from Xceedium Browser to Native Browser. Please remember that the recording will only work on the Xceedium Browser. So, the choices here are:
1. Enable session recording by using Xceedium Browser, and let users print using the right-click + Print (with a limited set of printing options);
2. Switch to the Native Browser option to allow users to print with a full set of printing options, but without recording their sessions.
