We have this problem since we have the CA PAM STRONG, some users sometime can't connect to the CA PAM, tha users are from STRONG AUTHENTICATOR, the message display are BAD USER & BAD PASSWORD like in the attachment. for fix this problem we have to delete the user and create again.
