Hello Eduardo,
The sceenshots taken from the Service Manager does not really provide an answer why the processes do not start.
There can be many reason for that,
Is the database running?
Are the process binaries still present on the system?
Are the process actually in the location configured in the Service Manager?
Next step that I suggest is to verify all these points. If everything seems to be fine here, check the process log and the service manager log files.
You may find there the reason for thi problem.
The are by defautl located in the ./temp directories of the AE and SMGR installation folder
Regards
