How to change status when the change field on incident is updated

07. Click Search
08. Select set Event status
09. CLick OK
10. Select Condititon
11. Click Create New

12. Type the symbol: 

 

Macro Type: Site condition

 

Object Type: Request/Incident/Problem

13. Click Add Condition

14.Type:

 

Sequence

Select attribute: Change

Operator: Not NULL

15.  On Administration Menu, goto Activity Notification

16. Search by FLD to Field Update

17. Click on TAB 3 Events

18. Click Update Events

19. Select Your own Event

20.Click OK

 

After that when you change will update using the your incident, the status field will be change "automatically", by your event conigured.
