Today, we are pleased to announce the availability of CA Process Automation 4.3 SP04.  This Service Pack includes all maintenance published prior to this update. By installing this Service Pack, you ensure that your systems are current on maintenance for 4.3.   New updates for this Service Pack include:

 

  • Telemetry integration to improve customer experience and help customers achieve a greater return on investment. The integration monitors your CA Process Automation environment and collects data to provide insight to customers and CA. The data collected helps CA to focus on the product areas most frequently used by customers and the timely delivery of new releases that better meet customer needs. 
  • Support for new “Portfolio Licensing Agreement (PLA) model” providing customers access to all of products in the PLA portfolio catalog under a single licensing fee. Please reach out to your sales person to know more on this exciting new model.
