You may request proactive email notifications from CA for any of your CA products. The notifications are categorized as critical, advisory or product updates.
See the attached document for details on how to sign up for CA product proactive notifications.
Note that the location of Proactive Notifications has changed with the renewal of the CA Support website.
CA customers may receive product alerts and advisories by subscribing here to Proactive Notifications.
Select "Critical Updates" (or more options) for your Products, and then "Submit" at the bottom right of the screen.
