After deploying the Virtual Appliance into the Production environment, and importing the QA Roles, Tasks and Policies Xpress, customer noticed that the Policies Xpress were not being triggered. No errors on IDM logs, nothing regarding the PX on the View Submitted Tasks list.
RESOLUTION
For some reason we could not track down, the PX Listener was not configured when the identityEnv was deployed. We did the PX Listener configuration and then the PX started to be processed. This is how to configure:
