Summary:

In some cases where the wasp probe appears to be up (green) and has a port and pid, some customers have reported UMP was unavailable. The Home page/login page may be displayed but you cannot login. An error may display in the wasp.log showing the username or password as incorrect, for example,

INFO  [http-443-442, com.nimsoft.nimbus.probe.service.wasp.auth.LoginModule] Login failed: Wrong username and/or password.

There may be no related errors in the portal.log that correlate to UMP becoming unavailable and you may not be able to pinpoint a specific error in the wasp.log that directly relates to the event. For some customers this scenario may happen every week or so and therefore it can be hard to catch.
