A customer was trying to create a checkbox on a form in Identity Portal to change the IDM User Status (field |enable| which is a LAH) but it was not working as expected.
ANSWER:
Using radio buttons or the Single Select option works. Set the |enable| field to Radio Buttons or Single Select and, under the Options tab, check the "Different server values" setting and create two options:
- Name: Enabled, Value: true - Name: Disabled, Value: false
Save the form, refresh the Identity Portal user interface and the form will be ready to use.
