DevTest Workstation with Java min and max memory allocation set to 4 GB RAM runs extremely slow. The Test steps takes 10 - 15 seconds to switch between and makes the platform unusable.
Did not see this problem when running DevTest workstation on Linux.
When doing testing we saw in the workstation.log file this message:

java.rmi.RemoteException: JMS Messaging problem with SeverRequestHandler for tcp://<server name>:2013/VSE Could not connect to broker URL: tcp://<server name>:2013?WireFormat.maxInactivityDurantion=0.
Added the mapping of the IP address to <server name> where the VSE runs in the hosts file on the Workstation machine.
Restarted the Workstation and the issue was resolved.
