Abstract:
CA Service Operations Insight 4.0 CU1 is now available for new deployments and upgrades. The new release has a variety of enhancements that some or all of our customers and prospects may find interesting: new business intelligence and reporting software (Jaspersoft) to replace Business Objects, new or improved connectors for CA APM, CA Spectrum and CA Unified Infrastructure Management; and, improved performance in cases of shut-down or restart. The session will also include an update about additional R&D resources with a new team based in Framingham, Mass. and a sneak peek at the roadmap for release 4.1.
