As a comment to engineering, this is an excellent list of the places in the product that need attention.
One doesn't go looking for a technical document on something that is working and easy to use. One goes looking when there's a problem, when support is unable to help, when functionality is missing, or when the directly available help is wrong/inadequate/missing.
And the "how to submit an idea" is entertaining because one really feels that the whole idea thing is a black hole that stuff goes into and gets lost. We're probably all reading the document to see what we're doing wrong.
