I guess you might be importing the package after unziping it, try importing the zip file directly and it should work

I always get error message when export this file. "error:definition must exist in package!"

Hi Preetam,

 

there are no templates, this is static data. The purpose is that the user plugs its own QoS coming from their templates/devices.
