We're making it even easier to work with Rally Support! Case emails are now included on the case detail page in the Rally Community, making it easier to keep track of all case information in one place. Emails are just below the case detail section, and are ordered by descending date.

Hey @Pat Cousins, thanks for the feedback! Do you mean in the case feed section? If so, I agree that would make it much easier to see a complete timeline of all communications and activities on the case. We tried, but couldn't find a way to do that just yet using the built-in case feed. This is the first version of this functionality, and we definitely hope to improve it over time!

Hi John, this is helpful, but it would be even better if the emails could be seamlessly integrated into the case details. are there any plans to provide this?
