If you have a remote hub on the particular network install SNMP collector on the remote hub itself ..

Unless it's a very small system you may run into memory issues, near the beginning of the document is a recommendation that snmpcollector should be run on a separate hub due to it potentially consuming large amounts of memory.

Can we install snmpcollector on Primary Hub and monitor the devices instead of creating Remote/Additional Hub?

This guide was created using CA UIM version 8.3.1 and snmpcollector version 2.23.
