Tech Tip - CA Identity Portal: User data does not appear on search results

While running searches in the Access module in Identity Portal/vApp 14.0.1, even using the default search that is shipped with the product, sometimes the search results show no user data, even having results. For example:

- User searches for "u" -> the search results bring all users with the letter U in the user ID, full name, etc, and we see the user data in the search results.

- User searches for UserId:u* (to get only the users with user ID starting in U) -> the search results are also OK;

- User searches for UserId:*2 (to get only the users with user ID ending in the number 2) - there are search results, but the lines have no data. If you click on the line, it opens the user object correctly.

 

RESOLUTION

 

Engineering provided HF-DE311125.zip to fix the problem.
