ESCALATION ACTION DISABLED

When using the escalation action and policy to forward alerts you may notice that escalation actions are disabled automatically.

Once you re-enable the actions; after a few minutes they become disabled again.

 

We found that if you disabled the policy action "retries" (Set to yes by default ) the escalation action was no longer being disabled.
