Unable do start Data Collector Services

I am unable to start the data collector service to upload Performance.
I start the service dcmd and then it stops automatically
The message below appears in the log:

Failed to connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager at VMLPFMPRD11:5001,com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.link.net.DefaultSocketFactory


Can anyone help me?

APM Version?
OS Version?
Any recent changes to the server?
Please post the related stack trace for this event from the EM log.
