Hello! I have version 16.1.1.0.3I'm new to Clarity but one thing I have a hard time understanding is why I type in description/resolution/name in Risks and Issues that it doesn't wrap the whole word, but instead wraps letter by letter (see photo below). It doesn't automatically move the entire word to the next line. It's been very annoying because when I show people project statuses the first thing they say is "Why are the words getting cut-off?!". Resolutions I have been told:- Adjust the field to fit more words. This works only if I don't have multiple risks/issues. When I do I cannot align all words to not get cut off.-Use less wording. This is not an option for us because then leadership says "Ummmmm can you give more details?"ASK: What are some alternative solutions so when I show a status of a project to someone they don't burn a hole in it staring at the words being cut off? I am open to ALL options because it just looks sloppy.Cut-off mid word:Full words that wrap:
What version of clarity you are using, there has been some improvements and will need to verify once I have the specific versions
To go along with what Suman said, I tested this in 16.1.1 with the out of the box description field in Classic Clarity and the words are wrapping.
I have version 16.1.1.0.3 @Suman Pramanik @Liz Williamson
This will be fixed in Release 16.1.2 - The Grid View Options to 'Wrap Text' will break between words, not letters and if the column header text is long, it will also wrap.
Thanks @Kathryn Ellis
