 Password sync issue - Force password reset is successful but new password doesn't work

Hi All,

We are running with vApp 14.3 CP1. As per password policy, IDAM initiate force password reset for the user and when user tries to update it with new password, it shows as successful.
However, Users won't get email confirmation and user's old password still works as usual. Sometimes user get the email notification after a week saying the password reset successful and then the new password starts getting authenticated.
Recently the issue became critical and User's not receiving the password successful email notification and ending up with account lockout by entering new password. Please help us how to fix this issue.
