We are trying to ensure that Rejected certifications come with mandatory comments. From previous threads, we saw that it isn't possible to make the comments mandatory on screen for rejections, along with changing the format from open text to drop down options. Can an information popup be added to a rejection, with suggested rejection reasons that the user can copy and paste pre-defined recommended rejection reasons?
