Add-in Error when refreshing query

While using the Excel Add-in for Rally, I have a query that works as expected and functions as expected when running through the Export tab.

however, when selecting "Refresh" I get the following error:

Hi Paul.

I would recommend you open a support case for this. It seems like an issue that will need a bit more through, perhaps even interactive examination with you.
when you open your support case, I would recommend you give them as many details you as can such as:
- Is refresh always failing with this error or only after that one particular export (which you mentioned is working)?
- If you run the most basic export (for example only exporting a defect with just formatted id and name columns and with filter that exports just one defect), is the refresh also failing?
- Is it true if you're connecting to another workspace or project?
- I would recommend you also include a timestamp of when you ran into this failure (so reproduce it again and take the time stamp): this may help support look for more evidence in the backend possibly.
