Abstract: The digitization of businesses has continued to fuel the app economy model across industries. You build brand mindshare with your end customers based on their web or mobile app experience. In this scenario, mapping user experience and impacting IT issues to overall service health is increasingly important. The challenge that most of service or application owners run into is twofold: 1. how to get the required monitoring data from multiple tools and teams in a single view at the right time? and 2. how to map the impact across multiple layers and to service health? In this session, we will demo one such scenario bringing together synthetic, end user, and application monitoring data in the context of the end-to-end service and showcasing the value from application monitoring to IT Ops in a seamless workflow.
