An inalienable aspect of running and managing any software application is performing timely upgrades to stay on the latest and greatest. An upgrade sometimes can get complicated and needs meticulous planning and execution. Taking a cue, we are trying to demystify the upgrade process. At the end of the session, we want to leave you with nuggets of information that will come in handy during your next upgrade - major version or a patch upgrade.  

In this 1 hour session we will cover the following -

CASM Office Hours will follow a bi-monthly cadence, on 1st Thursday of every other month. 

 

The event will be conducted via Webex. When you follow the event link remember to click "Register" and supply your name, company and email address. Questions will be taken through the Q&A facility on Webex Events. 

These sessions are not designed to progress support questions or ask about personal commercial details. They do serve as open office hours for you to join at your convenience to ask questions and discuss topics with Product SMEs
