Abstract: According to a recent Dimensional Research survey of 705 executives and IT professionals, 95% of the respondents said they have either deployed cloud-based applications, are in the process of deploying or will deploy within two years. The benefits for public SaaS based applications, one of more popular forms of cloud-based apps, include faster feature delivery, no-cost infrastructure, no more upgrades, rapid scalability, and hardened security. The DX Operational Intelligence product management and R&D teams continue to focus on customer value via the SaaS delivery model. Maintaining our cadence to keep the customers updated with DX Operational Intelligence SaaS features and use cases, this session will share the key enhancements and workflow improvements delivered over the last three major SaaS rollouts. We will also share the focus areas for the upcoming major rollouts for the next two quarters.
