Expeditors takes great pride in being a solutions-based organization that takes time to understand and address each customer's individual business needs through customized solutions and seamless, integrated information systems. In this session, we will discuss our CA APM implementation as both a technology and process transformation initiative. The session will cover the aspects of planning, deployment, instrumentation, and end-user adoption across the enterprise. Special focus will be on the challenges posed by our unique architecture, how those challenges were addressed, and some of the benefits and value gained.
