We are excited to be back with the next session of CA Service Management Office Hours! 

Join us on Thursday, December 2nd 2021 at 10:00am ET (3:00pm GMT) for the next session in this series. 

In this 1 hour session, we will cover the following - 

  • Latest Product News and Updates
  • Jaspersoft 7.9 Certification & Upgrade recommendations
  • Agile Change Management - Demo SDM<->JIRA Integration
  • Q&A with Product SMEs on technical topics and product capabilities


CASM Office Hours will follow a bi-monthly cadence, on 1st Thursday of every other month. 

 

The event will be conducted via Webex. When you follow the event link remember to click "Register" and supply your name, company and email address. Questions will be taken through the Q&A facility on Webex Events. 

These sessions are not designed to progress support questions or ask about personal commercial details. They do serve as open office hours for you to join at your convenience to ask questions and discuss topics with Product SMEs
