Upgrading 17.3 from RU less than RU14 to RU16 - Postinstall-Steps?

Hi,
when we are upgrading from RU10 to RU16 which Post-Installsteps we have to to described in RU* between RU10 and RU16?

i.e. in R15 Joint JS Upgrade is described but is not in RU16.
Does RU16 upgrade Joint JS-Files automatically or why it is not described in RU16?

Updating Join JS is a manual step. Initially this step was not there in RU16 tech doc.

Now We have added this step into xFlow post install steps.
